How to change carrier settings apn on iPhone OS 4.0?

Hey Whats up guys,

I just upgraded to beta 1 iPhone OS 4.0 and I'm just wondering is there any alternative way to update pan settings so it can be used under media net like 3.1.3??? I tried unlockit.co.nz and benm and none seem to work as of yet....any idea if in future or next few weeks it might work again??

I believe there needs to be a CommCenter Patch for us to allow IPCC's. I think the Carrier.Plist gets loaded in cache. I have tried APN Edits, Custom Carrier Bundles, different sim's then modify the carrier file. None of them work. Waiting for the dev team to come and save the day.
