Download/save picture from text message?

Can you download/save a picture to you computer that was sent as a text message?

Copy the image by clicking on it, or save it to album. From there you can either save it on sync or if you used the copy method you can just paste it in an email and email it to your self. There may be other ways but this is how I do it.
