Deleting unused languages to speed up Iphone 3G

Hey everyone,
I read as much as I could on that endless thread regarding
how to delete unused languages from the iphone.
Has anyone found a more condensed version of the process or
a streamlined technique for someone with a stock 3G phone and just basic skills?

Beneficial? Absolutely --- but risky.
Read the thread. Very important information. If you make a mistake, you will mess up your iPhone and need a restore.
