3GS can't restore to same firmware (3.1.2) due to iTunes error
I have a jailbroken iPhone 3GS on FW 3.1.2 which I want to restore to the same firmware version as it's acting up on occasion. The phone is Apple unlocked via iTunes.
When I place the phone in recovery mode, shift-click on Restore and chose the original 3.1.2 FW (iPhone2,1_3.1.2_7D11_Restore.ipsw) it first says "Verifying iPhone restore with Apple" and then "The iPhone could not be restored. This device isn't eligible for the requested build".
Any ideas why this is? I've previously restored to 3.1.2 (while on 3.1.2) without any issues. I attach some screenshots if it's of any help.
Any suggestions are much appreciated!

Apple is no longer signing any firmware below 3.1.3 for iPhone 3GS. The only way to keep that firmware would be to have your 3.1.2 SHSH on file with Cydia and have your iTunes pointed to saurik's server.
