Do you have Rock or another not-to-be named warez app installed, if so remove them first, they are usualy the culprits

I do have rock, I'll get rid of it and see if that helps. I've had rock since it came out and never problems like this before.

make sure you delete Rock extensions too

I think it went with rock. I deleted in cyida and I saw rock ext. but it's gone now too since I got rid of rock. No crashes so far either btw. Thanks for the help!

That sucks, but there is a method of troubleshooting this. Whats causing you iPod to crash is most definitely an extension. All extensions are viewable through sbsettings, so to sbsettings, more and than mobile substrate add ons. from here you can disable extensions. Than turn off whatever you installed recently and than everything else. Turn them back on one by one until you fine the culprit. But before you remove it make sure to turn it back on, otherwise youll have a TON of problems. It takes awhile but at least you know what not to install. BTW if you wanna thank me just hit thanks in the bottom left of my post

That happens if you not correctly install a jailbroken app. Just delete (and reinstall) all the Apps you installed since the first Time it happened.

Yea stacks is fairly broken, sorry I didn't mention it, but I didn't think many people ran it on 3.0x. A good alternative is catagoriesSB available on cydia.
