itunes issues after reinstalling OS

I just resotred my reinstalled the os and my computer is back to being fresh. I installed itunes, plugged in my iphone, and when I tried to put music on it, I recieved a message saying something like this iphone was synced to another library or computer, and it needs to erase the contents, etc. So how can get my settings back to normal? I dont want to erase all my apps or music, or erase my settings with it being unlock with tmboile and blackra1n.

Syncing will not affect your unlock or carrier status at all, only music, and if you hit transfer all your music will appear in your iTunes Library. You can authorize them by going to Advanced, authorize account.

I just had the same thing happen. I had to format and reinstall my OS. I lost alot of music that I didn't have backed up. I had some if it on my iPod but it said it had to erase and resumc because it was synced to another computer. So indid itvand it erased the music on
my iPod too
