    Default Restoring iphone question

Sorry if this has been posted before (if so please link) but I had a quick question about restoring an iPhone v 3.1.2. If I restore it will the version change at all? I'm wondering because I don't want to risk changing to version 3.1.3 since there is no jailbreak for that version yet, thanks

Create a custom firmware IPSW for 3.1.2 with pwnage tool 3.1.5, follow this guide, BUT BE SURE TO CHOOSE 3.1.2 INSTEAD OF 3.1.3 iPhone Jailbreak Guides | iPhone Tutorials | ModMyi.com Blog Archive How to Jailbreak/Unlock 3.1.3 iPhone 3GS/3G/2G iPod Touch 2G/1G with PwnageTool OS X after its created backup all jaibroken apps and information and enter recovery, you can than restore to an unlockable 3.1.2, just be sure not to upgrade your baseband when iTunes asks.
