constantly crashes

hi had my used i phone 3 g 3.1.2 for a couple of weeks,when all is well its exelent but! now and again it anoyinly feezes like it wont come on or the desktop just stays there!then i have to do a reset its playing on my nerves a bit now,all the apps i have had from i tunes [it is jailbroken and unlocked on t mobile uk..shall i just get rid or what any help please

try using boss tool to free up some memory, if that dosent help a restore never hurts, also make sure you dont have a bunch of things running in the backround
