Other SSH options for Mac OS X besides CyberDuck

First question...
I have never messed around with the preferences in CyberDuck on my mac however, i get varying results as far as the speed goes... Sometimes if i try to upload a file or multiple files, it takes all of 5 seconds, other times it can take as long as a minute before it registers the transfer...
even reading the iPhone via CyberDuck takes a while sometimes.

If there is something i can do in cyberduck to correct this, i'd rather that but, if there are other options out there as far as Apps go, i'd like info on them also...

i've googled the topic but, i figure i'll see what luck others here have had with other apps, if any...

Fugu works well for me..never tried CyberDuck but never had any problems with Fugu...
