I would like to view some of my AVI videos on my iphone and was wondering if any of you have recommendations as to what I can use to have these AVI files converted to either mp4 or .MOV?
If the program can batch convert all AVI files in a folder, that would be even better!

Roxio is paid for, handbrake is free.

Thanks guys, but do any of those programs support batch conversion? I have like more than 50 files to process, and it would be really great if I could have them all done at a go.

Check out Videora iPod Converter - Free iPod Video Converter
It is free and easy to use with tons of features. I think there is a que feature that let's you choose multiple files to convert. It can convert to many different screen sizes so be sure to choose the proper resolution for your needs.
