After blackra1n my iPhone needs to be rebooted using blackra1n even when I turn it off

My iphone 3G2/32gb/firmware 3.1.2 was unlocked with blackra1n. It works fine, however I need to reboot it EVERY time I turn it off. I know that it needs to be rebooted every time your battery dies, but not every time you just turn it off.

I have tested with other iphones, and this doesn't happen, just when the battery dies or when you make a soft reset.

What can I do? How can I fix this?

its got that fancy new bootloader that only allows it boot when its teathered to a pc/mac,,, untill the new FW is released and JB your stuck mate
