2 Problems that I need help with

Hello everyone, I recently bought an unlocked iphone and it was working fine but now when i download apps such as (Final Fantasy 1 and 2) when i go to launch the app it sends me back to the home screen. Also having issues wit itunes not syncing right with my phone. I dont know if they are linked to each other. Im on the iPhone 3G, have T-Mobile and im using Windows 7 build 7600 (computer)

Are these paid apps or are they pirated apps? Have you tried rebooting and running them? Sometimes, even before I jailbroke my phone, I'd download apps from the appstore and they wouldn't run correctly the first time, but after a reboot, they usually worked without a problem.
