Can I change the location of the backup performed by iTunes? Not the library, but the backup that's created when I sync my phone.

I have Windows XP and currently the backup is put in CDocs and Settings\{User Name}\App Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup

I periodically wipe my C: drive and sometimes forget to first manually copy the backup to a separate location.
