push not workin in normal iphone

hi all i did jailbreak and unlock my iphone before but... i updated to 3.1.3 so i cant unlock or jailbreak so im using in iphone in airplane mode os i installed ping lite in my iphone and my brother ipod to test it but i cant recive any messages but he does , and i keep receiving wired notifications on facebook from rusia and germany
and i activated the phone with a att sim card and i get a message saying waiting foe activation this may take sometime since im in venezuela i get no service of curse
