Need help with Jailbreaking and other stuff for my 32g IPhone 3gs

Hello guys,

I just bought Iphone 3gs and I don't know what to do. A few people told me that i can jailbreak, install cydia after that i have to take a few steps before i can start downloading or install application to my iphone. This is my first time owning Iphone and I am Lost. Can you guys please direct me to right direction on steps by steps jailbreaking, installing and everything so i can start installing Cracked application?
