jailbroken 3gs doesnt vibrate for sms

my phone doesnt vibrate when i get txts or when i use app that shod make it, though it does when i get a call. it happened right after i installed "sms vibration boost," so i uninstalled and rebooted but it still doesnt work

also i tried to look at the soundsystemvibrate thingy and it isnt it the directory, i dont no where to look, i locked in the celestial.frameworks
