iPhone 2G error 1011
So I just bought an iPhone 2G off my friend who claimed it to be broken and upgraded to a 3GS. When I try to restore it at the very end while it's verifying the software, I would get a 1011 error and the phone would reboot back into the "plug into iTunes" screen. I did some research and found out that the 1011 error means there's something wrong with the baseband. I attempted to jailbreak it using pwnagetool and managed to finish the restore with no errors but the first time the phone boots up I would get to the BootNeuter 2.1 screen and it would just hang on the "Please Wait - Determining current settings..." screen. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Or is there something wrong with it hardware wise and would have to bring it to apple?

So I'm guessing no one has a solution and I should just bring it to apple?
