What is this tweak or app called?

I was in Cydia or Rock about a week or two ago and I saw a tweak or an app that basically makes websites think that you are on a computer when actually you're on your iphone. Neverthess this tweak or app allows you to view websites in full HTML.

Do anyone know what this app and/or tweak is? I can't remember if it was in Cydia or Rock.

+1 , it's a toggle for SBSettings. But it doesn't always work. Some sites still switch you to mobile version.
