Vibrating

When you turn your phone switch from ringer to vibrate, does ur phone do a confirmation vibrate? I could swear this was how it used to be, then my phone switched to a confirmation vibrate when I switched it back to sound mode. Just the other day, it switched back to vibrating when I switched to vibrate mode, and now it's back the other way. WTF changes this?

I couldnt really follow after your initial question, but when you go from vibration to sound, there shouldnt be a sound, and when you go from sound to vibrate, there should be 1 confirmation vibration...

+1 yes a short vibration when changing to vibration mode. Nothing when going back.

My phone keeps switching. I think it has to do with turning vibration off via sbsettings when I'm at work and don't want it to sound or vibrate.

Right now it vibrates when I go from vibrate to sound. Which seems incorrect logically and by what u say urs does.

That's what ****** with mine just put the switch on normal and toggle to normal then remove

if in settings, you have it set to vibrate when you get a text/call from somebody then it'll give a short vibration when switching it to silent...if you turn off vibrate when your in silent mode then if you switch it it won't vibrate...same thing with ring...all ya gotta do is change the settings

I haven't been able to get mine back to normal yet. Tried different things, but it still gives a short vibrate when I switch to normal mode
