Is there an app that will let me use the iPod scrollbar from my lockscreen?

I've looked at Music Controls and it lets me pause and skip tracks from the lockscreen, but I have not been able to get the scroll bar to scroll thru my podcast or use the 30 second back button. Does this app do that? If so, how? If not, is there an app that can do it?

I'm afraid there are no extensions that let you do that.
