Why dont you just download sbsettings and look at the themes?

I have sbsettings, with only the default theme. I just want to know what themes are normally included with it

I couldnt tell you the names off hand. But all you have to do is go into Cydia->Manage->SBSettings and re-install. Then you will have all of the default themes again
