Battery Percentage

Im new to this forum so sorry if i posted this in wrong section, im also new to iPhone, just bought iPhone 3G on wednesday, jailbreaked it myself, cant believe it was that easy, and i also got some good apps

Well just a question, ive seen some people's iPhone showing how much battery as percentage they've got left, how do i get that on mine?

Another question, is there anyway to get they Keyboard to vibrate each time a key is pressed?
