cydia problems

i dont know when this started i dont check cydia every day but i noticed it on sunday the 7 when i open cydia every is normal but at the top of the screen it says downloading packages and it never stops i let it run for 2 hours yesterday and it dosent stop if i hit cancel it tells me error refreshing data then giges me the failed to fetch from several address i have tryed to restore and rejail break twice and still the same is any one else ever had this happen to them i need some help here is is driving me crazy

After you restore make sure you set up the phone as new in iTunes.. not from back-up.
