Default Stuck at Apple logo after installing Lockinfo.

I installed Lockinfo yesterday. After rebooting a Rock application (MyWi) started to complain about incompatibility so I uninstalled it.
Rock still complained even though I removed all the traces I could find so then I removed Lockinfo.
Still problems at booting so I went in and manually removed everything that had Rock in its name.
And this where I possibly may have made a mistake.
I went into private/var/mobile/library/preferences and removed a couple of p.lists which were leftovers from applications I have uninstalled long time ago, like RipDev crap and Intelliborn p.list (I have no Intelliborn application).
Now the phone gets stuck at the Apple logo, but I can access it, even have tether running which is strange.
But it would not finish booting, after 4 minutes it reboots.
I removed anything that had Lockinfo or Rock in its name but no success.
What directories should I look into to find where the Rock extension might be hiding?
Or is there anything else I should look for?
Since the problem was/is between a Rock application and Lockinfo by removing both the problem should have cleared up.
    Any ideas would be appreciated.

    /Library/RockExtensions/DynamicLibraries

wipe out the ones you think are causing the issue

Thanks but I don't have any Rock extensions on the phone as I deleted anything starting with Rock. I may just do a restore and be done with it as I don't really know where to look for the offending program that is not allowing the phone to finish booting.
