Had to restored my 3GS to 3.1.3 firmware

Guys I'm kicking myself in ***** as I'm typing this. I wanted to tethered my iphone and after I discovered it didn't work I went to cydia to removed tethering 3.1 and it ask me to reboot which I did but my phone got stock for several minutes with the apple logo so I went ahead and place my phone in DFU mode to restored to 3.1.2 but no lock at all. To keep the story short I gave up and upgraded to the new 3.1.3. Is there a new jailbreak software?

I don't recall saving my info with cydia.

I wanted to try that option but it has a disclaimer that said it will only work if the iphone is already jailbreak
which is locked into the new 3.1.3 FW
