Iphone 3GS 3.1.2 Freeze issue

ok, so I purchased a Iphone 3GS 3.1.2 the other day and it was already jailbroken with cydia and unlocked. When I brought it home, I didnt realized till a week after that my Iphone was glitched. I also installed a ZAGG's invisibleSHIELD™. So bascally my Iphone 3GS keeps freezing no matter what. I tried rebooting it, and it didnt work. I get crashes on every app, there is no way I can even use safari for 5 mins, it keeps crashing as well. When i load my whether app, i see the blue background but no numbers or pictures of the sun/cloud or whatever. I also got crashes such as the sad iphone by geoff sterns. My cydia crashes right when I open it. After I did my research, I decided to restore it, so I did. I restored it with Iphone 3GS Custom IPSW.
After three different firmware downloaded from three different sites, none of them stop the freezing issue/crashing. (The sad face Iphone was fixed) So I NEED your help on how to FIX THIS. As of now I am clueless of what is wrong with my iPhone 3GS?
Is the Iphone just messed up or the software? is Iphone 3GS 3.1.2 not stable? Also when i was installing the Zagg invisibleSHIELD my device was drenched in solution? (could that be the problem)? I am wondering if anyone has the same problem as me? If so we need help? Heres my iphone specs and pics of the random crash/freeze and glitches.

glitched keypad, I couldnt press anything but home and when I
reopen safari it kicks me back to springboard. after opening safari 10 times or so b/c it keeps kicking me out the iphone reboots to apple logo.

nope, unfortunately no luck. so far i tried restoring it with custom firmware, tried draining the battery dead to clear "memory" didnt work, so now im clueless. =/

Anyone know if I can upgrade to 3.1.3? and still have the unlock and jailbreak?

you might have to just buy a new one.. it sounds totally screwed.. unless you can flash the whole system back onto the phone, hence wiping and replacing everything.. not sure if thats possible on an iphone tho? ask around and see if anyone can help you with flashing it

yes i tried setting it as a new phone on itunes. still the same results. This is depressing. =/

HELLO PEOPLE OF THE FORUMS. IMPORTANT INFORMATION GIVEN OUT. For those of you guys who have this issue, when your Iphone keeps freezing try this. (This excludes constant freeze like mines). People who have minor freeze issue/ semi sevre TRY THIS. THIS IS ALL MY KNOWLEDGE ABOUT FIXING THIS ISSUE SO LISTEN UP. THIS INCLUDES IPHONES OF ALL GENERATIONS(1g,2g,3g,3gs etc.)

FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE FREEZING ISSUES OF IPHONES OF ALL GENERATIONS TRY THESE! I CANNOT GAREENTEE THAT THESE WILL WORK BUT ITS WORTH A TRY!

1) try restoring / using custom firmware.
2) try setting up as new phone/ backed up
3) try deleting apps that may conflict with the software this includes cydia packages /source codes
4) try draining the battery dead b/c battery contains memory which can restart
5) make sure 3g network is off for those of you on other sim cards rather than AT&T
6) try rebooting b/c sometimes a simple reboot may fix the issue
7) try reseting settings under general
8) try using apps like category to TOGGLE/RESPRING
9) try using third party apps such as memory info to free space
10) People on 3gs 3.1.2 who dont have get wi-fi connecting try "reset network settings" / 3rd party apps such as wi-fi sniffers
11) Back up EDIC SHSH ON CYDIA, do clean restore
12) Redownload the apps that keeps crashing. (3rd party apps)
13) clear cookies and catche on safari (if safari crashes)
14)IF NONE OF THESE WORK THEN...i dunno how else i can help

AS for my situation, the iphone crashes at will. I have no clue how to fix this. I tried many variables such as with and without blackrain, with and without apps, and etc. I tried many varables but could not find the answer so i got so mad i ended up upgrading to 3.1.3 leaving me unable to jb/unlock. Then i nearly crush the phone into pieces b/c of this dumb iphone that my dad bought me with a very low income hopeing i would be a happy camper. now im am very depressed..=/
i cant help myself, so its only right to help the other and give back.
