Help plz will not over night charge

For the past too night my iPhone will not charge over night I have to trun off the phone every time so it CAN charge. Why is that? Also it shows that it is chargeing on the top right of the screen. I have restarted and respring the phone.
3g iPhone, JB, FW3.1.2. I also uninstalled the last thing I installed from cydia too.

I think it's working now but the last thing that's I installed
from cydia was sprongborad

This happened to be as well, I went crazy restoring the firmware and whatnot, but it happened to be the cable I used to plug it in.

I replaced the cable with one I bought on ebay for like $1, and its been working fine since.

Well I know it's not he power cable because I use my mophie pack to charge my phone and also the plugs that the phone come with it too.
Everything works good now it had to be the app I installed from cydia because it shows like it's was chargeing and fully charge but still and 10% untill I restart the phone. It looked like the app was blockings the phone from chargeing
