iphone video and misc help

Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum.

I've 32GB 3GS iPhone. (3.1.2)
I've jailbreaked it via blackra1n (Cydia and sn0w).
I had a few problems, but i managed to solve them with help of a guy from a local forum.

I'm left with three problems currently.

1. I can't transfer video's to my itunes, it shows up like this ..

So i'm left of no option to drag and drop.


2. The itunes in my iPhone says "it is not supported in my country" (not a big problem, but if it could get fixed then i'll be happy)


3. I can't charge via USB, it says accessory not supported.


Please help.

I know the third problem can occur using a usb cable that did not come with the phone, is that the case?

I cant help with itunes, i use sharepod

restore and jailbreaK again. easiest way to solve most problems, although every time i jailbreak my voice recorder stops working but i just poofed it and i was happy lol
