Default 3GS, 3.1.2, jailbroken, hangs sometimes when unlocking - solution?

    Here's my deets:

    iPhone 3GS 32G
    Jailbroken using blackra1n
    Lockinfo, sbsettings

Sometimes (about 30% of the time) when I slide to unlock my phone and enter my unlock code, the phone gets stuck on the last number. It still responses to finger touches (I can scroll the Lockinfo screen behind the unlock keypad, for example) but the phone doesn't actually unlock.

If I press the standby button and then the home button the unlock keypad disappears, but I'm stuck there and can't get to the home screen.

Has anyone else seen this? Is there a fix?

I have seen this on 2 other 3GSs. If a restore doesnt fix it you will need to get a replacement from Apple.

Interesting - you've managed to get replacements from Apple for both of the phones that had this issue?

i have that issue some times but i blame it on all the sweet ars jailbroken apps i have running, like the clock on my springboard and weather in the 'task bar' and other little tweaks like that. i just figured, seeing its not in the original code it takes a moment for it to really get going.. Just my thoughts on the matter
Hey! A Restore Never Hurts It's True!
