What's Up With 3G Lately?

Since about Monday (2/1/10), my 3G service has been very spotty. I'll receive push emails roughly 30 minutes late and loading up websites is incredibly slow. Making phone calls sometimes requires me dialing the number 3 times before I get through. Has anyone else noticed a change in signal quality recently?

I'm on a jailbroken 3GS and the only change recently has been a trial period of Intelliscreen.

If you havnt read, obviously noticed, att is updating there network from ok to hopefully better, not that it was great to begin with. I would imagine its not your phone just att so i wouldnt worry to much.
