Apple iPod Touch

Hi,I had an Apple iPod Touch,I transfered music to it. But I have some short clips of my cousin on my PC which was recorded on a video camera, I can watch them on wmp. How can I get them onto to my iPod Touch, do I have to change the format of the clips or what do I have to do?
Can I have some help here please.
I have Windows XP Pro with wmp 11 & using wmp classic to see the clips.

You have to format them to mp4, this should help it has pre-programmed ipod settings
