iPhone Lock Issue - help please?

I have had the following problem with my iphone for the past day. The lock button doesnt lock it, if i try to lock it from sbsettings still nothing happens, even if i set autolock to 10 seconds it still doesnt lock.
If i restart the phone, all the icons on the screen dont work, im unable to open anything at all, after a while, they`ll start working but again lock still doesnt work.
Ive tried doing it in safe mode, again still the exact problem. Short of restoring the firmware, does anyone have any ideas what i could do or what might have broken? I did have androidlock on which I uninstalled recently, so im not sure if thats whats causing the problems? not long in work and only have 28% battery left as the screen is constantly on haha

i just tried that android lock and removed it my phone is fine. id try a restore and if it is still acting up its prob a hardware problem and you may have to visit apple and hope your warranty isnt up
