I have an iPod Touch 3G, firmware 3.1.2. I purchased iFile, then bought PogoPlank. After a while of setting up themes by uploading images into a folder in themes, and then using the Symbolic Link maker to replace the images with ones I've downloaded, I noticed that my Cydia won't open anymore. I deleted the cydia by doing the customize, and then pressing the x to "uninstall" it, thinking that I could go back into blackra1n to reinstall it. I had forgotten that I had deleted it. After numerous attempts to put it back, I finally found a way to get back to my first problem. I stopped pogoplank, got mobileterminal, and installed using essentials and cydia. I'm back to having cydia, but it still crashes. Since I purchased iFile, I could easily follow the "painless" way of restoring my ipod, but I fear there maybe a simpler/less painful way to do it, seeing as how I don't have iTunes installed, and have GIGS of files in iDownload that will take hours to take off, and put back. Please help me get Cydia back.
P.S. I've also tried the apt-get remove cydia, then apt-get install cydia, nothing helps or works. Cydia wont even get to the loading/reloading screen.
