My iPhone Keeps Crashing
Recently I jailbroke my iPhone 3G with 3.1.2 software. Have installed quite a few jailbreak apps, such as iBlacklist, iFile, Download Manager, Intelidock, CategoriesSB, Cycorder, Action Menu, ProSwitcher, and a few others. I also did the fix (found on uTube) to increase the iPhone's RAM. And I keep having issues while operating the phone, particularly going in and out of apps. I get the following screen (see attachment). Are there certain jailbroke apps that cause the iPhone to crash ( do not have Winterboard installed because that was slowing my iPhone down). Before jailbreaking, my iPhone rarely crashed. Now it's happening 1-2 times a day. Very frustrating.

My first thought would be the RAM mod or Intelidock (not sure what that is) because I have everything else you have installed as well with no issues.

Remove the VM mod, the "fix" that you mentioned is a VM mod and is very dangerous and it can and will fu*k up you device. If you don't believe me research it, and I know because it messed up one of my phones. I bet if you remove that you'll stop getting safe mode crashes, plus you have alot of mobile substrate add-ons that can cause safe mode crashes, I suggest removing the VM mod and maybe some mobile substrate add-ons that you don't really use.

for god's sake... safe mode means something is up with a mobile substrate extension. uninstall intellidock or whatever the hell it is because thats probably the most likely cause. if that doesnt fix it then try some other ones until it stops.
I dont even have a clue what this ram mod is but if you found it on youtube its probably bad. Key rule to modding: dont trust anything you find on one of those youtube "get this app" series
