Blank extra page when I arrange icons, delete, etc.

When ever I hold down on a app to get the "wiggle" going so I can arrange apps or delete them I see an extra page appear but there is nothing on it at all. Why is this?

I looked on iTunes, where you can arrange from there to see if the extra page is there and it is.

Any ideas?

Yes, it is showing you an additional page so you can add apps to a an addition page if you wish to do so.
