Butttttt, can someone tell where the damn cents symbol is on an iPhone keyboard?
I've held down the keys you would think it's under but can't seem to find it and it's bugging me.

And yes, I realize this sounds retarded to anyone who already knows the answer.

I don't believe it is on the standard keyboard - most people just us $0.99 for pp cents. The standard US qwerty keyboard doesn't have a cent sign, does it? (The UK keyboard doesn't).

No, US standard keyboard does not have cents sign. You can insert it as a symbol in word and such but that is all. ¢

My iPhone has all these symbols I've never even seen before but it doesn't have a cents symbol?!? I find that hard to believe.
Apple is supposed to be known for getting the little things like that right...

Install Japanese Kana keyboard (see Typing the degree symbol on the iPhone Mark’s Musings )
Select the number keyboard in Kana keyboards, hold the 2 and move up to select the $ sign and you can then select the ¢ symbol.

Obvious really.....
