Default How do I get this menu back? WTF?!

I was showing my dad something on my phone and I locked my iPhone 3G (on 3.1.2) and when I unlocked it there was pop-up menu with a list of choices: Reboot, Shut Down, ____, ____, Safe Mode, Cancel.

I was an idiot and didn't take a screenshot before hitting cancel. What was that menu and how do I get it to pop up again?

I'm really curious as to how the heck I made it pop up... any info appreciated.

I tried googling it but nothing came up.

Swipe across the topmost part of your screen. A window should drop down. Tap the power button that should be on the lower right corner of the screen that dropped down. That should bring up the menu you're talking about.

It's the power menu in sbsettings.
