Internet with out wifi

Some body knows how to conect iphone 3g to internet with out use the wifi? my iphone 3g wifi does not work, i have update and downdate the version from 3.0 to 3.1.2 and it do not work i think it have a fisical damage. when i changed the firmware it comes to be locked and i need unlock it with black rain or any similar, but i need the internet, i have it jailbreak abd it have black rain installed, but i can unlock it with out internet, some body have any solution??? i will be happy to ear some coments and ideas. i am lost. i have tried the freezer and unassembly for fix, but it seems fine!

First off, learn to spell. It's hard to understand what you type.

Second, you need the appropriate apn settings for your iPhone depending on which carrier you're using.

I am in Costa Rica, and there is only one carrier, ICE , and second i have no line on the iphone, it is locked, i can't make phone calls nor use the internet, from my carrier, i need to conect it to internet trougth computer.

Sorry for my spelling, english is not my first language.

Is ice a gsm carrier or cdma?(simcard or no sim card)
