need help w/ MyWi and PS3

Hello, I have been searching on this topic for a few days now. I am pretty literate when it comes to my computer but illiterate when it comes to networking. Can someone please explain to me what creating a bridge means using my laptop? I wanna connect my PS3 to my iphones mywi connection but no luck there. But reading the above posts it seems like it is possible. But I don't quite understand internet sharing and bridging. How would that work with the MyWi and PS3. I hope someone replies. thanks in advance if anyone does...
