So...i restored my iphone...went to install apptapp....apptapp sat there for about a half hour without doing anything...so...i restarted my phone...and figured i'd restore again and try it all over...except now....i

    So...i restored my iphone...went to install apptapp....apptapp sat there for about a half hour without doing anything...so...i restarted my phone...and figured i'd restore again and try it all over...except now....i can't restore my iphone. i can't do anything. it just keeps saying unable to restore iphone. i can't get past the connect to itunes screen on the phone or anything...am i completely screwed?

    that happened to me too! (my pc complains it needs a driver for recovery mode? works on my other pc) anyway itunes let me restore -- but i still had to do everything again - including unlock.

    i had to go in and uninstall apple mobile device support and itunes. then reinstall itunes and it let me do it
