Default In app purchase: Sandbox account?

Everytime I try to make an in-app purchase it says [Environment:Sandbox] and says my account is not a valid sandbox test account.

What the hell is it on about and why can't I make in app purchases?

Excuse me, but I am NOT using cracked apps. The app in question is Copilot which I payed $60 for. I DID use cracked apps when I was testing all of the turn by turn GPS apps available to find the ones I preferred.

I preferred Copilot, so bought it. All others were deleted.

So can you help answer my question or not.

Anyone know the answer? I really want to buy the TTS upgrade for Copilot.

I didnt say that the one you are using is cracked. I said you were using cracked apps and that is the reason. Messing with how your phone validates apps, has allowed developers to not allow you to do in app purchases. We do not support crack app talk and do offer help here.

    Well that's just stupid.

I purchase a legitimate copy of Copilot, and now, because I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars trialing TomTom and other inferior GPS apps for a few days, I'm not allowed to give the Copilot dev MORE of my money!?

Forgive my ignorance, but I would have thought disallowing people to make in app purchases, ie SPENDING MONEY, is a bad way to fight piracy?

Does this mean I will have to get a cracked version of CoPilot in order to get TTS? I guess it doesn't matter since I already paid for it, but it does mean they will miss out on the $6 I am wanting to spend for TTS.

    Sily Apple.

    Long live paid Cydia/Rock apps!

They are trying to prevent people who are running their app cracked from just buying cheap dlc. They validate the authenticity of the app and see that you have a modified something that shouldnt have been.

Well they don't do a very good job of it, there are currently no cracked apps on my phone.

Perhaps Apple should force devs to offer trial versions if the price is over USD$13. I would be GUTTED if I forked out $100 for TomTom only to find out how crap it is.

But anyway, we're off topic. Obviously my only option is to restore or wait for iPhone 4.0. I think I'll wait, TTS is not worth a restore.

    Thanks.
