BiteSMS

After hearing so much about BiteSMS, I decided to install it and see what all the fuss was about.
I have gone through the settings and have played with a few things but it has not replaced my "stock" apple sms app like it apparently does so well. When I receive a message, the alert pops up and it is the stock one and not the one from bitesms with the quick reply feature(that i have activated). Also, the badge showing I have a new message shows on the stock app and not on bite sms.

Any thoughts?

I found the problem, there was a toggle I was not aware of that I found last night. Everything is good now.
