Keeping apps when switching itunes

Recently my computer crashed so I had to recovery it, so I had to re-install itunes. Now my iphone doesn't recognize it as the original itunes, which is fine I just do not want to lose all my apps.

Is there a way to transfer my apps to the new itunes??

I saved my music so I only lost my play lists which is fine.

But a lot of apps I have paid for and what not.

If you sign into iTunes with the user name and password you bought the apps with you can then transfer all the apps from the phone back to your PC.

Thanks I logged into itunes, but now how do I move from phone to PC?

Right click on your iphone in iTunes and click "Transfer Purchases".
