Sim card tray wont stay in.
The sim card tray from my 3gs wont stay flushed. It will slide in but wont go all the way in. Thus the sim card cannot be detected. Any help?

Take it back, as it's still under warranty they should replace it if they can't fix it.

I bought it used on craigslist. Will it still be under warranty?

I believe so, but if it was like that when you bought it I would probably ask for my money back.

I did some digging about the warranty. Apparently, the phone must be activated with AT&T in order for Apple to do warranty on it. If that's true Im out of luck since I have T-Mobile.
