Un usual message in Lock Screen

After i delete a Theme which was installed thru iphone Browser, a very strange message is shown in Lock Screen that is

"This doesn't really do anything yet, but it/did / get loaded off the server;P (Awesome, huh?)

Because of this even i cant use my own choices ... Please help me ....
