What is the easiest way to change the clock to a bell? I haven't found an app that just changes the clock. Do I need to install a particular theme? If so, which one, and is it possible to just change that one thing and not anything else?

2nd, question. Does a status icon exist to indicate if your phone is in silent mode? If so, what is the name of the app that installs it?
