Definitely install Cydia. It has everything you need for a jailbroken phone. Jailbroken apps are mostly found in Cydia but some are in both Cydia and Rock.

Some will say that Rock has issues but I don't use it so I couldn't tell you. I've never used Icy.

cydia and rock, cydia usually has new apps earlier than rock, rock faster to load and install apps

I'd say, choose either not both. Some people have reported problems when mixing the two.

I've had no problems and use both all the time. I like rocks load time but sometimes it doesn't have the app I'm looking for so cydia it is. Besides, cydia backs up ur shsh. Rock backs up ur installed apps to restore if u need.

    Icy's a wastaspace.
But Rock is meant to have paid apps that Cydia doesn't.
That said, I've not had time to look far into Rock yet.
But there's no point in JBing without installing Cydia.
