Hi everyone... it's hard to search for this question since a billion different posts come up.

I want to utilize iTunes Applications section to be able to move around my menu items back to where I want them without dragging each individual one on my phone (recent Reset moved them all around). So when I click applications on my iphone section in itunes, I can see all the apps on the little iphone screen, but then when I press Sync Applications, almost all disappear. Anybody experience this before? I can see all my apps before click the sync applications box, then they disappear.
