iPhone crashing problem!!!
hey guyz
my iphone pretty screwed up n will freeze at slide to unlock whenever it locks or just after a couple of minutes of use.. i dug out a few crash report form the device and this is what it reads --

the phone specs -- 2g 16gb OS 3.0.1 (jailbroken/unlocked with Redsn0w)
i have already restored in both recovery and dfu mode... is it hardware related?
if there is any further info required plz lemme know..
any help on the above issue shall be hugely appreciated .. thanx
