contacts, calendar etc wont sync from outlook

Ticked the boxed in itunes and it looks like its syncing but nothing on iphone after?

Any ideas? Does it matter the iphone is jailbroken?

Any other way to manually import outlook data?

The only other options would to enter each manually on the iPhone, or use a different program. Being jailbroken shouldn't matter.
Try rebooting the phone, restarting the computer, and make sure the Outlook info you want to sync with the phone is the default mail account. I have 2 accounts in outlook, both with a couple email addresses, though iTunes only syncs with my default.
